Erste Ergebnisse bei den ISA WORLD SUP AND PADDLEBOARD CHAMPIONSHIP 2017

Vom 1.-10.9.2017 finden in Dänemark die ISA WORLD SUP AND PADDLEBOARD CHAMPIONSHIP statt.

42 Nationen haben Teams mit 286 Athleten zu dieser bisher größten SUP Weltmeisterschaft aller Zeiten entsendet.

Zum deutschen SUP & Paddleboard Nationalteam zählen Sonni Hönscheid, Moritz Mauch, Carsten Kurmis, Paulina Herpel, Hannah Krah, Alexander Stertzik, Steven Bredow, Paul Ganse, Kai-Nicolas Steimer und Noelani Sach. Leitung der Teamofficials: Carsten Kurmis und Peter Rochel, Deutscher Wellenreitverband.

Am Samstag startetenn die ersten Wettkämpfe mit deutscher Beteiligung, Sonni Hönscheid, Noelani Sach, Steven Bredow und Valentin Illichmann haben sich beim Long Distance Rennen mit der Weltelite gemessen.

  • SUP and Prone Distance Races (both Men and Women)
  • *Men and Women will have two different start times; one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Therefore, it WILL be possible to share racing boards between genders

Sun., Sept 3: Copenhagen

  • SUP Sprint Race (both Men and Women)
  • Awards Ceremony for Distance and Sprint Races
  • Buses depart Copenhagen for Nr. Vorupør, Cold Hawaii – our Event Hosts are providing complimentary transportation to all registered athletes, team officials, and equipment from Copenhagen to Cold Hawaii (MUST reserve space for yourself and your board. See details below under “Transportation”).

Mon, Sept 11:

  • Team buses return to Copenhagen from Nr. Vorupør, Cold Hawaii (additional cost required. must reserve seat by Aug 16. See details below under “Transportation”)
